Refund Policy

At Pulteney Bridge Flowers we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We strive to process all orders with absolute care and accuracy. We want our customers to enjoy their flowers for as long as possible, so every effort is made to deliver the freshest flowers possible.

We are unable to offer refunds for flowers on a ‘change your mind’ basis.

In the event of any flowers becoming damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement of equal value on a case by case basis.

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of flowers being delivered.
